The client's creative team had been relying on generic consumer AI tools, which produced repetitive concepts disconnected from the brand's visual identity and entirely unaware of the manufacturing constraints that determined whether a design could actually be produced. Every generated concept required significant manual rework before it could move into production.
The challenge was to build a design platform that understood the client's existing design archive as a creative foundation, respected manufacturing specifications as hard guardrails, orchestrated the best AI models for each design phase, and got smarter with every designer iteration — capturing institutional knowledge as it ran.
